Porn Industry Sued By Aid Advocacy Group – Nonsense!!
Will this endless parade of frivolous lawsuits ever end? Of all the people in the world; who does the Aids Healthcare Foundation think they are? Christian right wing extremists? I mean what are they thinking?? It’s Porn! Larry Flynt has it 100% correct. He is quoted as saying, “”people who enjoy viewing adult films do not want to see people using condoms. While it might provide some additional protection, the sales are not going to be there to make the effort worthwhile for the actors and actresses,” I’ve seen one or two porn clips in life time I can tell you if the dude is wearing a condom, it just kind of ruins the moment. I’m not going to pay money to watch it.
What are films, any kind of film, made for? They are made to entertain us and give us an escape from real life. In real life, we wear condoms. We don’t want to, but we do. So when we watch a porn flick we are escaping from our reality. If we have to watch some couple having sex with a condom, we might as well film ourselves. Working as a porn actor or actress is a choice. They don’t have to do it. It’s just like being a Police Officer, Fire Fighter, Iron Worker, Cab Driver etc. All these jobs come with inherent risks. People have the right to chose what they want to do with their lives.
The Aids Healthcare Foundation spokesperson is quoted as saying, “Watching unprotected sex could prompt them (people) to be careless during sex acts, he said.” I don’t know about you but I’m sick and tired of protecting stupid people at the cost of some of my pleasures being taken away. We as a society need to protect people to the point of ensuring that they have every opportunity to advance themselves, and be free from discrimination. That’s it. If there freakin stupid that’s their problem. The stupid people have the opportunity to become un-stupid, but they choose to be stupid. I’m sure you know a few of these people. I do.
The Aids Healthcare Foundation is coming off like the Moral Majority. Don’t get me wrong, I value what they do, but when they begin to dictate how we should lead our lives, I have to draw the line. It’s clear that they are having some sort of tantrum because no one is listening to them. Not CAL OSHA, not the Legislators, no one. They need to get off their high horse and stop wasting the courts time on a non issue.
